Shipping and delivery
PawOath orders ship from China. We keep delivery expectations clear so you know what happens after placing an order.
Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day. During launches, holidays, supplier checks, or high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer.
Estimated delivery time
Most PawOath orders ship from China. Standard delivery is usually estimated at 10-25 business days after shipment, depending on the destination, customs processing, carrier performance, weather, holidays, and local delivery conditions. Remote areas may take longer.
Tracking
- An order confirmation is sent after checkout.
- A shipping confirmation with tracking is sent when the package leaves the warehouse in China.
- Tracking may take 2-5 business days to show movement while the package is processed by the carrier and export logistics network.
- Tracking can slow down during customs transfer, then update again after the package reaches the destination country.
Address changes and delivery issues
Please check the shipping address before placing an order. If an address needs to be changed, contact support@pawoath.com as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to reroute it. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us with your order number and clear photos.
