All PawOath sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, colour preference, or other non-defect reasons.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, missing, or different from what you ordered, email support@pawoath.com within 7 days of delivery. Requests received after 7 days may not be eligible for assistance.
Help us review the issue
- Email support@pawoath.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and a clear description of the problem.
- Attach clear photos of the affected item, the complete set, packaging, and shipping label.
- Keep all items and packaging until our support team confirms the next step.
After reviewing the evidence, PawOath may provide a replacement, resend a missing or incorrect item, or offer another appropriate remedy. Do not send any item back unless our support team provides written instructions. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
