Returns and order support
We want PawOath orders to arrive clean, complete, and ready for use. If something is wrong, contact us before sending anything back.
Return eligibility
Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused, clean, undamaged, and returned with their original packaging and included components.
Items that may not qualify
Used pet items, heavily handled items, damaged packaging, personalized items, final-sale items, and hygiene-sensitive products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
How to start a return
- Email support@pawoath.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for return instructions before sending anything back.
- Pack the item securely and include all original components.
- Refunds are reviewed after the return is received and inspected.
Return shipping and refunds
Customers are usually responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping fees may not be refundable. Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method after inspection.
