Because each PawOath product is personalized and made to order, we cannot accept returns or refunds once production has started.

If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will review the issue and do our best to provide a replacement or another suitable solution.

Order cancellations can only be accepted before production has started.
